What is my approach to therapy?
Medications can be very helpful, however, they may not be able to address the pain and experiences that are deeply rooted in our past. Learning about yourself is hard work because you are complex and unique. Through an open-minded and compassionate approach, Dr. Lee believes in bringing the unconscious into awareness by putting feelings and sensations into words. This can be liberating and is a significant step towards healing and greater self-understanding.
With all of these tools, healing will come as we understand how your relationships, thoughts, and feelings inform your present.
