Teresa Lee, MD, FAPA, CGP, is a board certified psychiatrist and Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. She has created a multifaceted treatment to explore how our relationships, beliefs, and feelings shape us. Through an open-minded and compassionate approach, Dr. Lee brings the unconscious into awareness by putting feelings and sensations into words. This kind of talk therapy can lead to deep and lasting changes. At times, your journey can involve discussions about the place of medications and/or group psychotherapy – at the end of the day, you make the choice.

Dr. Lee is also an experienced Certified Group Psychotherapist. Group psychotherapy is a powerful tool for self-exploration, especially if you repeat unwanted patterns or get stuck. Dr. Lee also offers a range of adult groups from mixed interpersonal to special interest groups, such as only Asian Pacific Islander South Asian American or only those in the healing professions. Together, she will guide you towards a sense of belonging and self- and interpersonal- awareness.
